Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Magpie Heist ("the app"), published by Saturn Software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Saturn Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Magpie Heist on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these terms and Google Play's own policies.
Advertising
Magpie Heist is offered free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). See our Privacy Policy for details on how ads work.
In-app purchases
Magpie Heist offers optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play Billing and governed by Google Play's own refund and payment policies. Purchases that unlock permanent content or features are tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on new devices using the app's "Restore purchases" option.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or exploit the app outside of normal, intended play, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law or Google Play’s policies.
No warranty
Magpie Heist is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Saturn Software does not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturn Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
