Delete Account
Novarch Online · Multiplayer Galactic Strategy — Real Commanders, No P2W
Delete in the App
Open Novarch Online → Menu → Account recovery → Delete account, and confirm twice. Deletion is immediate.
Without the App
Email support@saturnsoftware.store with the subject "Delete my Novarch Online account", giving your commander name and, if you still have it, your recovery code (Menu → Account recovery). We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
Your commander and seat in the galaxy, your game state, your reports, your place on the leaderboards, and every device notification token linked to you. Your colonies are left behind as abandoned stations other commanders can salvage, so a shared galaxy is not broken by one departure; in the season hall of fame your name is replaced with a dash.
What Is Kept, and Why
Store purchases stay with your Google account (Google Play keeps them, and restores them if you play again). Battle reports already delivered to OTHER commanders may still show your former commander name as part of their own history. Nothing else is kept.
