Overview
Novarch Online ("the app") is developed and published by Saturn Software. This policy explains what data the app interacts with, why, and how you can reach us about it.
Data We Collect
Novarch Online signs you in anonymously so your game can be saved to our servers and continue across sessions and devices. This does not require your real name, email address or password. You may optionally add an email address and password, used solely so you can recover the same account on another device.
We store the in-game display name you choose and your game state (progress, statistics, match history) tied to that anonymous ID, plus — only if you enable in-game notifications — a device push token used to alert you about game events. Game data is hosted on Cloudflare; notifications are delivered via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. This data is never sold or used for advertising.
As with any internet service, your IP address is processed transiently by our hosting provider while a request is served (for routing, security and abuse prevention). We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not store it alongside your game data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the free version running. AdMob may process device identifiers such as your advertising ID to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See Google’s explanation at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Users in the EEA/UK are shown a Google-mandated consent (UMP) form before any personalized ads are requested, and can decline personalized advertising there. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from your device settings.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details — that information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
Data Sharing
Saturn Software does not sell your data. The only third parties involved are the service providers named above (Cloudflare (game servers), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Google AdMob, Google Play Billing), each acting under their own privacy terms.
Children's Privacy
Novarch Online is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from children. The app's Play Store audience is not marked as designed for children.
Your Choices
Uninstalling the app removes locally cached data but does not delete your server-stored game state, since it is tied to your anonymous account so you can reinstall and continue. You can permanently delete your account and all of its online data at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us below.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization from your device settings at any time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date below reflects the last revision. Continued use of Novarch Online after a change means you accept the updated policy.
