Overview
Sparkwright ("the app") is developed and published by Saturn Software. This policy explains what data the app interacts with, why, and how you can reach us about it.
Data We Collect
Sparkwright does not require an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or location. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device only, and are removed if you uninstall the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the free version running. AdMob may process device identifiers such as your advertising ID to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See Google’s explanation at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Users in the EEA/UK are shown a Google-mandated consent (UMP) form before any personalized ads are requested, and can decline personalized advertising there. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from your device settings.
Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details — that information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
Data Sharing
Saturn Software does not sell your data. The only third parties involved are the service providers named above (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing), each acting under their own privacy terms.
Children's Privacy
Sparkwright is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from children. The app's Play Store audience is not marked as designed for children.
Your Choices
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization from your device settings at any time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date below reflects the last revision. Continued use of Sparkwright after a change means you accept the updated policy.
