Delete in the App
Open Cordelette → Profile → Delete my account → tick "I understand this can't be undone" → Delete my account permanently. Deletion is immediate.
Without the App
Email support@saturnsoftware.store from the email address of the Google account you use with Cordelette, with the subject "Delete my Cordelette account". We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
Your profile (name, email, photo, country, languages), your apps and camp memberships (you leave active camps without a penalty), chats, feedback, support tickets, Trust history and invite code. Your name is replaced with "Deleted climber" in camp screens and Test Dashboards.
What Is Kept, and Why
To prevent abuse: a one-way hash of your device (a new account on it cannot earn invite rewards and existing sanctions carry over), evidence attached to open reports until they are closed (+30 days), and sanction and invite records under a pseudonymous identifier.
